Patsy was born September 2, 1930 in Toledo, Ohio, the only child of Frances and Thelma (Drayton) Schnebelen. On February 10, 1982 Patsy married Gary Butterfield in Sylvania. Patsy worked as a bookkeeper for Cherry Auto Parts in Toledo, retiring after many years. She was a member of the North Cape Yacht Club and the Jolly Roger Sailing Club. In addition to Gary, her husband of 27 years, Patsy is survived by three children, Richard (Roberta) Boyer of Brighton, MI; James (Mary) Boyer of Boise, ID; Rita McPherson of Charlotte, NC; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Richard Boyer. At Patsy’s request cremation will take place and all services will be private.
